Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During periods of high order volume, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping methods within the United States:
🚚 Free Standard Shipping
Available on all orders $50 and over.
Orders under $50 are charged standard shipping rates based on order weight.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment.
📦 Standard Shipping (UPS Ground)
For orders under $50, shipping is calculated based on total package weight at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment.
⚡ UPS 2-Day Air
Expedited shipping option available at checkout for an additional fee.
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days after shipment.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Luminous Care is not responsible for:
• Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
This includes delays due to:

• High seasonal volume
• Carrier operational issues
• Natural disasters or unforeseen events
